When no tool fits, I write the code
I build and run Expert Copro Gestion, management software used by property management firms, with real online payments. It reads documents, sends reminders and syncs with existing software: the same kind of work as yours. When a standard connector isn’t enough, I write the code, test it and maintain it.
I don’t take a commission from anyone
Not Make, not n8n, not Zapier, not any software vendor. You pay for my time, not my address book.
I’ll recommend the tool that suits you, not the one that pays me.
And if the diagnostic doesn’t turn up at least 10 recoverable hours a month, I’ll tell you so and we stop there.

Who I am, and why Barcelona
My name is Alex Varalakshmi. I come from residential property management, one of the most admin-heavy trades there is: that’s where I learned what a task redone by hand really costs, and it’s for that trade that I built Expert Copro Gestion. DELTAOPS is my company, based in Barcelona, in the same time zone as Paris. You deal with one person, from the first call to the handover. And a lean setup has no Paris rent to pass on to you: that’s why my prices are on this page.
Frequently asked
You’re based in Spain. How does billing work?
DELTAOPS invoices under the EU intra-community reverse-charge VAT rules. You receive an invoice without VAT and declare the VAT in France, as with any European supplier. Your accountant will know the process.
You work alone. What happens if you’re no longer available?
Everything is documented and in your name: accounts, automations, access. Another provider can pick up without starting over, and nothing stops in the meantime.
I know nothing about IT. Is that a problem?
No. You tell me what wastes your time; choosing the tools, setting them up and documenting them is my job.
Will the time difference be a problem?
There isn’t one. Barcelona and Paris are in the same time zone.
How long does one automation take?
A simple automation ships in one to two weeks. A programme of three to five automations runs six to eight weeks.
Where does my data go?
It stays with you. Automations run on services opened in your name. I don’t host anything on your behalf.
What if one of your software tools changes overnight?
That’s what the monthly support plan covers. Without it, I’ll flag the change and quote you for the fix.
