Privacy Policy
Data controller: DELTAOPS, S.L., Calle de la Riereta 12, 1º 1ª, 08001 Barcelona (Spain). Contact: varalakshmi.alex@gmail.com.
This site sets no cookies, does not measure its audience and loads no third-party service. No consent banner is shown because no consent is needed: nothing is written to or read from your device.
Hosting: OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) hosts this site. Its servers log, for each request, the IP address and technical connection data (browser, timestamp, page requested), in order to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a site that is reachable and secure.
Booking a call: the booking button on the “Book 30 minutes” page takes you off this site to DELTAOPS’s Google Calendar booking page, operated by Google Ireland Limited. Google processes the name, email address and time slot you enter there, in order to schedule the call. Nothing is loaded from Google until you click. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — you ask for a meeting, and this data is what makes the meeting happen.
Contact form: your message is sent by OVH’s mail server to DELTAOPS’s mailbox, hosted by Google (Gmail). Your name, email, company and message are used only to reply to you; nothing is stored on the site’s server. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering someone who writes to us.
Retention: correspondence is kept for one year after the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercised in writing to varalakshmi.alex@gmail.com.
Complaints: if our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because DELTAOPS is established in Spain, the lead supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es). If you live in France, you may instead complain to the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL, cnil.fr): the Regulation lets you bring your complaint to the authority of the country where you live.
